3. Acceptable Use

  • You may use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must not use the App to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any part of the App.

  • We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any cheat code or information is accurate, complete, or up to date.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1LightYear Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
  • This includes (without limitation) any damages resulting from reliance on cheat codes or information provided in the App.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

7. User Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the cheat codes and information provided in the App within any game you play.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any preferences the App stores locally on it.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

  • We may modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

10. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
